Dunnell-Gillingwater and Associates are expert communications coaching specialists, delivering media training and presentation coaching to business leaders across the globe. The company was founded in 2005 by Claire Gillingwater who has since built a strong team of talented and experienced associates, all with decades of experience working in the media and business.

With their outstanding reputation within the public, private and charitable sector, Dunnell-Gillingwater were looking to revamp their branding, in particular with the launch of a new website that better reflected their offering.

They were also looking to develop a new corporate video that highlighted their expertise and that could be used on the new site and in their communication with potential clients, and were looking to build a catalogue of new images including headshots, images of training and other stock imagery.

The brief

Our solution

After establishing that the company was looking for a clean, corporate feel to their website, we put together some potential design ideas and outlined a user-friendly navigation for visitors to the new site.

 

Once the design concept and navigation were agreed, we began work designing and building the fully responsive website.

 

To ensure the new site highlighted the personality, professionalism and expertise of Dunnell-Gillingwater, we were to incorporate new imagery that was bespoke to the company, as well as produce a new corporate video. Our client was keen to ensure the personable brand came through in imagery and the video. They wanted to move away from the common talking head corporate style video that is so often seen in this industry, and get across the personality and approach of their training and coaching techniques. 

 

We therefore set about sourcing a venue for a filming and photoshoot day, visiting various venues until we found some meeting space with a great view and the flexibility required for obtaining the shots we needed.

 

On the day of the filming, we spent the morning working with the photographer to obtain all the imagery outlined, and the afternoon shooting the video.

 

Once the content was signed off and the imagery agreed, we tested the site on mobile, set up redirects from the existing site, and were able to launch the new Dunnell-Gillingwater website, with brand new bespoke images and a new corporate video.  Take a look at the results here: www.dunnell-gillingwater.com

 

Since the launch we have also redesigned and printed the Dunnell-Gillingwater ‘Tips & techniques’ brochures and business cards to fit in with the rest of the new branding.

Results

We are now working with Dunnell-Gillingwater to roll-out a number of online training webinars for clients, as part of the move to digitalised and home working; a result of the Coronavirus outbreak. We look forward to working further with the Dunnell Gillingwater team!
